In 1992, Alex embarked on his career with a prominent developer, specializing in constructing subdivisions across the picturesque Golden Horseshoe region. During this time, he acquired invaluable expertise in various types of developments, including single detached, semi-detached, townhomes, and even mid-rise condominiums.

In 2010, Alex decided to embark on an entrepreneurial journey and established his own venture. Since then, his primary focus has been on crafting bespoke custom homes throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This shift allowed him to channel his passion for creating unique living spaces and offering personalized solutions to discerning homeowners in the GTA.

Elan Zakkai


Since 1982, Elan has been collaborating with builders and developers on various low and mid-rise projects through his construction company. Starting from 2000 onwards, he expanded his ventures to include building custom homes within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). His portfolio now encompasses both low and mid-rise projects, showcasing his diverse expertise in the construction industry.

Richard Pringle


In 2004, Richard founded a construction company that he later sold in 2012. During this time, he collaborated with builders and developers on various construction projects. It was in 2012 that he began his endeavors in building custom homes and undertaking development work..
